About the Role

Our Northern Ireland-based client is seeking an experienced Chef / Cook to join their team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes maintain excellent food hygiene standards and support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cook and present dishes to a high standard.
Maintain food safety and hygiene at all times.
Assist with menu planning stock control and daily kitchen tasks.
Work efficiently and collaboratively within the team.

Requirements

Must already be in the UK with a valid CoS under SOC Code 5434 (Chef).
Proven experience in a professional kitchen.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Reliable hard-working and team-oriented.
