Our Client is looking for a School Finance Manager to work within a respected mixed secondary school in Watford. The successful candidate will manage all financial operations including budget control payroll procurement and financial reporting.
School Information
This 1118 comprehensive has approximately 1400 pupils and continues to perform well academically with 95% achieving grades 94 in English and Maths. The school prides itself on effective management and strong financial governance supporting continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Staff describe the environment as efficient supportive and positive. The School Finance Manager will be a key member of the senior support team working closely with the Headteacher and Governors. Experience and Qualifications
Experience managing finance within a school or similar organisation
Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and auditing
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
AAT qualification desirable
Legal right to work in the UK
Salary
Paid to leadership or upper support staff management scale
