Job Summary
ECT of Science Specialist Induction for Core Science Mastery (KS3/4) Redbridge
An Outstanding rated secondary school in Redbridgeis seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Science to begin their induction in a supportive and academically rigorous Science department from January 2026.
- ECT of Science required from January 2026.
- Redbridge-based school (Outer London) with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
- Seeking a highly motivated ECT committed to mastering KS3/4 core and combined Science pedagogy.
You will teach Science across KS3/4 benefiting from a structured induction programme focused on mastery teaching techniques classroom management and data-driven intervention. While the initial focus is KS3/4 there is guaranteed KS5 training and experience offered during the second year of your induction.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS by January 2026.
- Relevant Science degree (Biology Chemistry or Physics).
- Passion for teaching core and combined Science to a diverse student body.
- Commitment to completing the ECT Induction years with specialist subject mentorship.
