A supportive London school is seeking a reliable proactive and solutions-focused Caretaker to join their site team for an immediate start. This role is essential in maintaining a safe calm and well-functioning school environment.
Role Responsibilities
Opening and securing school buildings daily
Conducting routine checks on heating lighting plumbing site safety and access
Overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with safeguarding entry procedures
Handling minor repairs and maintenance (doors fixtures furniture fittings)
Supporting classroom setups furniture moves and event preparation
Monitoring site security and ensuring the school remains hazard-free
