As Front Desk and Coworking Coordinator you are the first point of contact and the heartbeat of the workplace You make guests feel welcome manage everyday logistics and support events and marketing activities. The role suits someone who enjoys variety structure and meaningful interaction with people from all over the world.
Main responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests members and professionals from different countries
- Manage room bookings memberships and inquiries
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth communication
- Support social media and marketing activities
- Assist in planning and hosting events and networking gatherings
- Handle light administrative and accounting tasks with guidance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service reception or hospitality
- Fluent in English Spanish and Finnish or Swedish
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on service
- Basic understanding of marketing events or community management (a plus)
