Human Resources Manager
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations. This role is responsible for creating a high-performance employee-oriented culture focused on safety quality productivity and goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions including employee relations compliance performance management and payroll.
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and metrics to support company goals.
Manage recruitment onboarding training and development for exempt and non-exempt employees.
Administer compensation benefits and 401(k) programs in partnership with third-party providers.
Conduct annual reviews job descriptions and salary benchmarking.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and maintain HR records and reporting (KPI tracking).
Promote a positive work environment through communication engagement and recognition initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements and continuous organizational development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
5 years of HR experiencein manufacturing or construction.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven HR reporting.
Skilled in coaching conflict resolution and process improvement.
