Job Summary

Revent is an early-stage venture firm backing Europes most talented founders building companies that truly matter. We focus on the founders who dont just want to build a unicorn - they want to leave a legacy to improve our collective future. Weve recently closed a fresh 100M fund to be the first-check investor in some 35 companies all pushing the boundaries in AI software and frontier tech to solve real problems and create significant value.

Tasks

- Youll support quarterly reporting to investors (LPs) ensuring accurate and timely updates

- Youll assist with preparing the accounting and internal analyses

- Youll work with portfolio companies to gather financial KPIs and insights

- Youll support with implementing new finance processes to take the organisation to the next level

- Youll manage office administration tasks ensuring a well-organized environment

- Youll support on ad-hoc projects that drive the firms long-term strategy

Requirements

- You are currently completing a degree in business administration or finance and still have at least 2 semesters left

- You are available for 15-20 hours per week

- You are good with numbers and have ideally already gained some experience in a fast-paced working environment e.g. startup the Big4 or consulting

- You work accurately conscientiously and with team spirit

- You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud-based solutions such as Google Sheets

- You are fluent in German and English

- You are excited to be part of a mission-driven team working on global challenges
