Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by identifying engaging and converting prospective customers within the territory.
- Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized workflow-based solutions.
- Consult with laboratories to assess processes optimize efficiency and implement MADx technologies.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in public and private healthcare networks.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management Support and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagement.
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactions.

Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years experience in complex sales (capital equipment medical devices or diagnostics).
- Proven track record new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years).
- Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows and healthcare systems in Canada.
- Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Independent field-based work style with regional travel flexibility.
