Job Summary
82DASH helps brands collect real authentic content directly from their customers turning everyday users into their most powerful marketing asset.
Were preparing to launch (with a focus on the US) and are looking for an Influencer & Creator Manager to grow and support the community of creators customers and brands using 82DASH.
Youll be the connector between people and brands - helping turn real customers into real storytellers.
Tasks
- Build and nurture relationships with creators and customers who submit content through 82DASH.
- Support brands in planning and running content request campaigns - from concept and incentives to outreach and moderation.
- Review and curate submissions surfacing the most authentic and usable content for brands.
- Help shape our creator communication from reward notifications to campaign updates and spotlights.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve the creator experience and campaign flow.
- Track campaign performance creator engagement and submission quality to guide future campaigns.
- Gather insights and feedback from creators and brands to help refine the platform and product direction.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in influencer management community building or creator partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media and creator culture you know what motivates people to share.
- Excellent communication and empathy you enjoy connecting supporting and celebrating others.
- Organised and proactive comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and relationships.
- Creative eye for authentic content and strong instincts for what feels real.
- Fluent English
