Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Manager to join our team. As the Audit Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing audits for a variety of clients ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards. You will play a key role in managing audit teams delivering high-quality audit services and providing strategic insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client base across multiple industries.
Supervise train and mentor junior and senior auditors in the execution of audits.
Ensure audits are completed in compliance with applicable auditing standards laws and regulations.
Review financial statements working papers and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and senior management.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing client needs and concerns.
Prepare and present reports on audit findings and issues to clients.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic approaches to client issues and growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Active CPA license.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit services.
Excellent interpersonal analytical and research skills.
Proven experience managing audit teams and projects.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
Ability to multitask think critically solve complex problems and provide valuable insights to clients.
Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
