Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support sales training and post-sales clinical activities for advanced medical technologies. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and end users providing in-depth clinical expertise conducting product demonstrations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective clinical training and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills hands-on clinical experience and the ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals in operating rooms ICUs and healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by contributing to sales strategy development aimed at increasing revenue market share and profitability.

Provide the sales force with valuable insights about user needs product feedback and competitive intelligence.

Act as a clinical consultant to healthcare providers maintaining professional relationships with doctors nurses and medical staff.

Conduct in-depth clinical discussions and product demonstrations in ORs ICUs and other medical settings.

Manage demo equipment including handover and setup for user testing.

Organize and support local events workshops and demonstrations showcasing the latest clinical techniques and therapies.

Deliver post-sales clinical training to promote effective use of Draeger (or equivalent) medical devices accessories and disposables.

Stay updated with state-of-the-art clinical knowledge and share best practices with users to highlight product advantages.

Train sales teams and modality managers on clinical applications to enhance overall product expertise and customer engagement.
Primary Skills:

Strong clinical knowledge and practical experience in medical device usage within hospital environments (ICU OR etc.).

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in conducting product demos and post-sales clinical training.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience working with critical care or anesthesia equipment.

Familiarity with sales support or clinical application roles in the medical device industry.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate events or training sessions.
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing Biomedical Engineering Life Sciences or a related healthcare field.

Prior experience in clinical application support or medical device training is preferred.

Strong understanding of hospital operations workflows and medical terminology.

Willingness to travel to customer sites for demos training and support.
