Job Description:
Cloud Architecture & Design
Design and deploy highly available fault-tolerant and scalable applications using AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS Lambda VPC and CloudFront.
Define architecture blueprints aligned with business and technical requirements.
Migration & Modernization
Plan and execute migration of multi-tier and legacy applications to AWS environments.
Drive modernization initiatives using serverless containerization and microservices architectures.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for automated provisioning and configuration management.
Security & Compliance
Apply AWS security best practices (IAM encryption network security and monitoring).
Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
Cost Optimization
Develop cost management and optimization strategies using AWS pricing models budgets and cost monitoring tools.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with DevOps development and operations teams to design integrated cloud solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams on AWS best practices.
Monitoring & Disaster Recovery
Establish monitoring logging and alerting frameworks using AWS CloudWatch CloudTrail and third-party tools.
Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Required Skills
Deep knowledge of core AWS services: EC2 S3 RDS Lambda API Gateway CloudFront VPC Route 53 ECS ELB and CloudWatch.
Expertise in cloud architecture design networking and security principles.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and deployment.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments (Azure GCP).
Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana Datadog).
Experience in application performance tuning and scalability improvements.
