Job Summary
PT Home Health Shift: 5X8 M F 8am - 4pm Daily Caseload per tech: 5-6 units Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Possibly after interview CERTS: BLS BJC policy: approx every 6th weekend and 2 holidays with NO Call Is on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): No Open to accommodating block schedule NA Locals accepted: (Y/N) Yes Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) No RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days; provide requests and BJC will determine if able to approve or choose another day if possible.
