Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications with minimum 3 years in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud (ICM).
- Strong functional understanding of Sales Incentive Compensation Quota Management Credit Allocation and Payment Processing.
- Hands-on experience in plan setup credit rules rate tables formulas and incentive processing cycles.
- Knowledge of data structures and integration touchpoints with Sales and ERP modules.
- Experience in preparing functional documents conducting workshops and training end users.
- Familiarity with BI Publisher / OTBI for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
