Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications with minimum 3 years in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud (ICM).
Strong functional understanding of Sales Incentive Compensation Quota Management Credit Allocation and Payment Processing.
Hands-on experience in plan setup credit rules rate tables formulas and incentive processing cycles.
Knowledge of data structures and integration touchpoints with Sales and ERP modules.
Experience in preparing functional documents conducting workshops and training end users.
Familiarity with BI Publisher / OTBI for reporting and analytics.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
