Job Summary

Role: QUALITY ANALYST-PERFORMANCE TESTERS

Location: 505 Clermont Ave 3rd Floor Brooklyn NY 11238 - HYBRID (2 Days WFH)

Tasks & Duties:

Develop test scripts and scenarios related to form generations and ensure specifications are captured.
Perform end to end functional testing by designing and developing a functional workflow that is in agreement to the business ruleset that effectively implements the deployment of ad-hoc notices and communications.
Develops effective test approach based on established standards and the analysis of design/requirement documentation to ensure the compliance of LL30 mandate of form availability of in 12 languages for limited English proficient individuals.
Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required
Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development
Report any pitfalls in the system design or any unexpected business ruleset behavior to ensure higher degrees of accuracy.
Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback
Work directly with business stakeholders clients designers developers and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time

Required Skills

Minimum 8 Years Experience in Business/Quality Analysis tools such as: JIRA Balasamiq & MS Visio.
Minimum 8 Years Experience with QTP WinRunner Visual Studio Selenium etc.
Minimum 8 Years Experience creating executing and managing automation scripts
Minimum 8 Years Experience with SQL Server LoadRunner JMeter
