Job Summary

Sierra ITS has partnered with the Village of Glencoe to identify a dynamic technology leader who craves this role youll oversee all Village IT systems and operations lead strategic planning to support and enhance Village functions and collaborate with other departments to ensure systems are secure adaptable and maintained to best practices while fostering a culture of cybersecurity and short youll own both current and future states of technology for the Village - which happens to impact the daily lives of both village staff and the community in general.

For consideration you must have the following:

5 years in director level technology leadership with a focus on high-availability infrastructure
Experience in government (or related) non-profit or Private sector environment where departmental communication and collaboration are vital
Technical chops that come from past hands on roles within enterprise networking administration and cybersecurity.
Customer-centric mindset and the ability to illustrate that in both words and actions
