Job Summary

Job Title :Oracle PL/SQL Developer (PowerBuilder XML Processing Performance Tuning)

Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in the development and maintenance of PL/SQL packages stored procedures functions triggers and SQL statements within Oracle 19c or higher environments.
Strong proficiency in performance tuning including the optimization of SQL and PL/SQL objects for improved efficiency and reliability.
Experience working with XML processing and object-oriented programming including handling large objects (LOBs).
Comprehensive knowledge of data structures data manipulation database design programming testing and implementation methodologies.
Skilled in preparing technical and user documentation and supporting software conversion and migration processes.
Preferred: Minimum of 4 years of experience in PowerBuilder programming for application development and maintenance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Design and develop technical solutions and system architectures to support the automated and manual generation of forms and notices ensuring compliance with agency local and legal mandates.
Develop scripts and programs using appropriate programming languages to support template creation and snippet configuration for dynamic text generation through configuration tables.
Create and maintain database scripts to manage snippet storage and related data entities.
Develop user interface components (front-end screens) to capture required data and integrate seamlessly with the EDA application.
Develop and maintain software programs ensuring compatibility with existing web services APIs and system integrations.
Conduct unit testing to validate software functionality ensuring adherence to design specifications business rules and performance standards.
Prepare technical documentation detailing the overall system design data flow and architectural decisions to meet system and security requirements.
Define and develop specifications for databases communication systems hardware network security storage and software configurations as part of the solution design process.
