Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the acquisition development financing and disposition of commercial retail industrial and mixed-use properties
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements commercial leases easements restrictive covenants and development agreements
- Advise on title and survey matters and coordinate due diligence reviews
- Work with lenders and borrowers on commercial real estate financing including construction and permanent loans
- Support complex entity structuring and joint venture transactions
- Collaborate with team members across practice areas to deliver strategic and efficient solutions
