Collection Officer – Leading Bank Panipat

About the Role:
We are looking for a focused and result-driven Collection Officer to manage recovery operations for secured mortgage products including Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves maintaining customer relationships ensuring timely collections and supporting overall portfolio health. This opportunity is with a leading private sector bank known for its digital-first approach disciplined growth and strong presence across Retail SME and Mortgage segments.

Location: Panipat
CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Product: Secured Mortgage (Home Loan & LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage collections for secured mortgage products (HL & LAP).
Conduct follow-ups and visits to recover overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case closures.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and collection guidelines.
