Job Summary

Key Purpose Statement

Responsible for Checking/verification of Stock to Ensure Loading Accuracy and Thorough document control of all stock from Warehouse to truck loads

Requirements

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

Checking out:

i. Checker counts the stock and pallets loaded on the truck per Pack Size.

ii. Then after confirming Checks the Load out in the system per pack size.

iii. Pallets are checked out

iv. Sharing Check out Discrepancy report daily.

Check In:

i. Checker counts all the returns on the truck including pallets and CFBs.

ii. Records the receipt confirmation sheet/ Entry Doc.

iii. Then checks in the returns in the system.

iv. Sharing Check out status report on a Daily Basis

3. Loss Control;

i. All loads Fully inspected & Counted

ii. Ensure Zero Over and Under Loads

iii. To ensure Documentation Completed Accurately

iv. Returns Fully Received & Recorded

v. Documentation Submitted to Settlement on time

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

Ideal: Business management Diploma

Minimum: Loss prevention Certificate
