Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Business Ops Adjudication Scrum team. This role emphasizes front-end application development while leveraging your expertise across the Microsoft technology stack. As part of our collaborative Scrum team you will contribute to building dynamic and user-friendly applications that support critical business operations.

What Youll Do

• Design and develop responsive visually appealing and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular) and Microsoft tools

• Build and optimize user experiences that align with business goals and enhance usability

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side architecture technologies

• Create and manage APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems

• Work with databases (e.g. SQL Server) to design schemas optimize queries and manage data storage

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives

• Contribute to sprint deliverables and work collaboratively with cross-functional team members

• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues ensuring efficiency and reliability

• Continuously refine code to improve performance and scalability

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment

What Youll Need

Required:

• 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on front-end application development

• Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular or similar tools

• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including C# .NET and SQL Server

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments

• Experience with API development and integration

Preferred:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
