As a Senior Graphic Designer at CMC Markets you will play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing assets for our global campaigns and digital channels. Based in Warsaw you will focus on the execution production and adaptation of creative materials that ensure our brand is represented consistently and accurately across all markets.

Youll collaborate with creative and marketing teams worldwide producing a wide range of digital and print materials that meet the highest brand and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of marketing assets including digital banners static and motion visuals social media content presentations event materials and advertising creatives.
- Adapt and localise existing campaign concepts for different markets and platforms ensuring accuracy quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to interpret briefs and translate them into clear engaging and visually consistent creative outputs.
- Prepare final artwork and digital files for delivery ensuring all assets meet technical and platform specifications (print web and social).
- Support motion and video editing tasks (simple animation titles resizing subtitling) using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Maintain and update design templates brand libraries and production systems to ensure efficient scalable asset delivery.
- Work collaboratively in Figma for shared design workflows prototyping and cross-team collaboration.
- Use Jira or similar project management tools to track design tasks manage deadlines and maintain visibility on project progress.
- Work closely with other designers copywriters and marketing specialists across global offices to maintain creative alignment.
- Stay informed about current design and digital production trends to improve output quality and efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design ideally within a marketing advertising or digital production environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing design campaign adaptations and production work.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Experience working with Figma in collaborative multi-stakeholder design environments.
- Familiarity with Jira or other workflow management tools (e.g. Asana Trello).
- Excellent understanding of digital formats and platform requirements (Google Ads display social media etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to produce pixel-perfect and print-ready artwork.
- Good sense of layout typography and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Polish language skills are an advantage.

- Experience working with global brands or multilingual campaigns.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for digital asset adjustments.
