Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a large regional bank in their search for an experienced and people-focused Branch Regional Sales Leader to drive growth operational excellence and a culture of service across their branch network. This individual will oversee branch sales performance customer experience compliance and talent developmentensuring each branch meets its goals in deposits customer acquisition cross-sell and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coach and develop Branch Managers to achieve sales service and operational goals
Drive growth in deposits and fee income across multiple branches
Monitor branch performance metrics (sales cross-sell retention and service levels)
Ensure consistent execution of sales and customer relationship strategies
Build and sustain a strong sales culture through accountability and recognition
Manage staffing performance and succession planning across the network
Oversee compliance and operational standards in alignment with regulatory and bank policies
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in retail banking or financial services (multi-branch oversight preferred)
Strong background in sales management coaching and performance leadership
Ability to balance sales excellence with risk management and compliance
Exceptional interpersonal communication and decision-making skills
