The Managed Services Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance of managed infrastructure. This includes physical and virtual desktops servers applications and data for both on-premises and cloud customers. The role ensures operational excellence system reliability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operation maintenance and troubleshooting of physical and virtual systems.
Manage and optimize networking infrastructure Windows environments virtualization and cloud platforms.
Provide technical expertise for on-premises and cloud-provisioned customers.
Monitor systems for performance capacity and reliability using monitoring tools.
Support the implementation of upgrades patches and configurations.
Ensure all activities comply with customer SLAs and internal policies.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of experience in systems administration or managed services support.
Strong understanding of networking Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (preferred):
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) / Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Citrix Certified Associate / Professional (CCA / CCP)
CompTIA Network or Security
