This is a remote position.
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible during client business hours - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (20 hours per week 4 hours per day).
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the companys QuickBooks account
Reconcile transactions and bank data accurately and on schedule
Prepare monthly or quarterly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
Ensure all financial records are organized and up to date for year-end tax preparation
Maintain accurate documentation of receipts invoices and bank statements
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Requirements
Proficient in using QuickBooks Online (access will be provided)
Skilled in reconciling bank statements with data in QuickBooks
Able to generate accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports from QuickBooks
Ensure all financial data is properly categorized and up to date
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all bookkeeping tasks
Capable of working independently and meeting reporting deadlines
