We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Manager to grow the share of dosing systems in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with hands-on technical expertise hunting for new opportunities supporting customers onsite and collaborating closely with regional and HQ teams to deliver robust dispensing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management: Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (hunter role).
Prospecting: Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors including electronics automotive EV automation and general industry.
Technical Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.
Onsite Support: Provide hands-on setup and troubleshooting coordinating with Singapore/HQ teams as necessary; frequent travel required.
Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the full sales process from demonstrations and trials to proposals negotiations closure and handover.
Reporting & CRM: Keep CRM records forecasts and account plans up to date while providing insights on market trends and competitor activity in dispensing systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application and engineering teams to ensure successful installations and strong customer satisfaction
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Electrical Mechanical or a related field with a strong hands-on mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales
Working knowledge of machinery automation basic electrical principles and fluid mechanics.
Able to travel frequently and support after-hours calls if needed.
Experience in automotive electronics EV manufacturing sealant/adhesive or related capital equipment industries.
