What Youll Be Doing:

  • Supervise lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in a vibrant secondary school environment

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged and focused

  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies promoting respect and a calm learning atmosphere

  • Support students with their learning encouraging participation and resilience

  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour during cover lessons

  • Step up when needed from mentoring small groups to supporting with intervention and enrichment sessions



Requirements

Who Were Looking For:

  • Graduates in Education Psychology English Maths Science Humanities or related fields

  • Confident communicators with the presence to lead a classroom teaching experience not required!

  • Flexible reliable and calm under pressure

  • Passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact on their education

  • Experience in a school youth work tutoring or coaching environment is a bonus (but not essential)

  • Willing to learn full training and ongoing CPD provided
