Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Plan organize and manage daily drilling and foundation site operations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Lead and supervise drilling crews fostering a culture of safety accountability and performance.
Ensure full compliance with German construction laws safety protocols and quality management standards.
Monitor project schedules material consumption equipment usage and labor productivity.
Collaborate with engineers subcontractors and clients to align technical execution with project goals.
Prepare and submit accurate site reports progress summaries and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical oversight and real-time problem-solving support to on-site teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

Vocational training or academic qualification equivalent to Anabin H Plus.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in site management or earth drilling operations.
Proficiency in German (B1 level or higher) for effective communication and documentation.
Valid driving license required for site mobility and travel.
Work location: NRW Germany.
