- Supervise the installation alignment and assembly of steel structures in compliance with engineering specifications
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors suppliers and trade teams to maintain project timelines and quality
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures in line with German regulations
- Ensure strict adherence to DIN and ISO standards throughout all phases of construction
- Conduct regular site inspections risk assessments and progress reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-level communication with clients engineers and project stakeholders
Requirements

- Anabin H recognized degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in steel construction or structural site management
- German language proficiency at B2 or C1 level (mandatory for site operations and client interactions)
- Proven experience working with DIN and ISO standards in construction environments
- In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication erection techniques welding standards and load-bearing structural systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage subcontractors and drive safety-first practices on-site.
- Willingness to work full-time in NRW Germany with flexibility for on-site presence as required
