Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on shell and structural projects within NRW Germany.
- Lead and manage on-site teams including laborers supervisors and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to German building codes DIN/ISO standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate project timelines resources and deliverables across multiple trades and vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and communicate progress and risks to project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation reports and compliance records
Requirements
Requirements:
- Anabin H recognized degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management specifically in shell or structural construction
- German language proficiency at B2 or C1 level (mandatory for site communication and documentation)
- Proven experience working with DIN/ISO standards and German building regulations
- In-depth knowledge of shell construction concrete structures and site execution best practices
- Valid work authorization for employment in Germany
- Based in NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia) Germany
- Full-Time Long-Term Employment Commitment
Benefits
Salary: 3300 per month (starting)
