Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed construction planning and technical documentation in alignment with German standards (DIN/ISO).
Perform accurate cost estimation and quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
Develop and manage digital models using BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and workflows.
Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory technical and quality requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural architectural and engineering data within BIM environments.
Support project lifecycle phases from concept through execution including documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Requirements:

Anabin H recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction calculation BIM or engineering planning.
Proficiency in DIN and ISO standards relevant to civil engineering and construction.
Demonstrated experience with BIM software and digital modeling workflows.
Strong skills in cost estimation and quantity calculation.
German language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
Willingness to work on-site in NRW Germany.
Full-time employment commitment.
