Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications
Monitor quality control and safety compliance on-site in accordance with DIN and ISO standards
Coordinate with architects contractors and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and contractual requirements
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and support smooth workflow across project teams

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors or higher degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Anabin H
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision or site management
Proficiency in German at C1 level essential for site communication reporting and certification
In-depth knowledge of DIN and ISO standards applicable to German construction practices
Willingness to relocate and work across Germany-wide project locations
Full-time long-term contract availability with commitment to project continuity and excellence

Benefits

Salary: 3500 per month (starting)
