What Youll Do
As aLead Teacher youll play a key role in fostering a safe loving and inspiring classroom environment where children thrive. Your responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing engaging age-appropriate Montessori-inspired lessons that nurture academic social and emotional growth.
Observing and assessing children regularly to tailor individualized learning experiences.
Leading classroom organization transitions and routines to ensure smooth joyful days.
Collaborating closely with your teaching team to provide exceptional learning experiences.
Building strong positive relationships with families becoming a trusted partner in their childs educational journey.
What Were Looking For
Were searching for educators who are flexible team-oriented and passionate about helping children grow. Youll thrive here if you bring:
AHigh School Diplomaand one of the following:
AA in Early Childhood Education or related field
Child Development Associate (CDA)credential
At least 12 college credits in Education
45 hours in Child Growth & Developmentand45 hours in Curriculumtraining
Experience in early childhood education(required)
A warm nurturing personality and a strong sense of professionalism
Physical ability to engage in daily activities with children both indoors and outdoors (lifting up to 45 lbs)
CPR and First Aid Certification(or willingness to obtain)
Clear communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings and trainings
