Actas adigital solutions partnerto production managers and engineers gathering requirements and translating them into functional applications and reports.
Developandmaintaincustom apps and toolsusing Python Power Apps and Power BI to support production processes.
Manage integrate andoptimizedata fromvarious production-related databases ensuring accuracy accessibility and reliability.
Provideongoing support troubleshooting and enhancementsfor digital tools to meet evolving operational needs.
Collaboratecross-functionallywith production teams toidentifyopportunities for digitalization and process improvements.
Documenttechnical solutions workflows and processes to ensure transparency knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.
Stayup to date on relevant technologies and best practices to recommendpractical and innovative improvementsfor production systems.

Our Pre-Pack production department is focused on delivering reliable efficient and high-quality operations. To succeed we continuously explore ways to improve workflows andleveragedigital solutions that make our processes smarter and moredata driven.In this role you will play a keypartin enabling our production managers and engineers to work more effectively by developing and supporting digital tools reports and applications. By bridging business needs with technical solutions you will help unlock new opportunities for efficiency transparency and collaboration across our production module.
Do you have what it takes
ProficiencyinPythonfor developing scripts and applications.
ExperiencewithPower AppsandPower BIto build and support business-focused solutions.
Familiaritywith working on and integratingrelational databases(e.g. SQL).
Abilitytocollect requirementsfrom stakeholders and translate them into practical digital solutions.
Strongproblem-solving skills with the ability totroubleshoot and improve existing tools.
Goodcommunication skills in Czech to work effectively withproduction managers and engineers.
Self-motivated and organized able to manage tasks independently while aligning with team needs.
The position is set for approx. 20hours a week (Dohoda o pracovní činnosti) and will require commute to our production site in Kladno (amount of office days in the factory based on the agreement with the hiring leader).
