Administrative Assistant

**Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.

Work Schedule: 1st shift: This is a casual/per diem position; hours will be as needed the start and end times will vary

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and student rotation logistics ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all participants.
• Assist in executing employee wellness and engagement events including set-up communication .
• Provide general administrative support such as creating employee work badges facilitate storage of documents to meet record retention requirements.
• Collaborate on special projects by gathering information preparing documents and tracking progress.
• Learn multiple lab-based computer applications to assist with data entry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
• Highly organized including excellent time management ability
• Strong multi-tasking ability with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to work independently
• Strong MS office skills
• Previous experience in a medical or clinical laboratory setting preferred
