Responsibilities
- Determine each customers vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring the customer understands the product features warranty and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail networking affiliations and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
Requirements
- Customer service and/or Salesexperience inANY industry is welcomed - excellent training is provided!
- Be ambitious energetic goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication customer service and follow-up skills
- Have a coachable positive attitude good work ethic and professional appearance
- Outgoing people person passionate about sales and helping clientele.
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid drivers license
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks MVR and drug screen
