Job Title: Physical Therapist

Pay Rate: $27/hr
Shift: 5 days/week 32 hours per week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Lake Havasu City AZ.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy programs to improve mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
Provide manual therapy therapeutic exercises and use of specialized equipment.
Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
Skills: Strong communication patient care and documentation abilities; proficiency with EHR systems preferred.
