Job Summary

Thats why were excited to announce were recruiting into the role of Contract Manager - Building Safety Projects to ensure the successful delivery of a range of safety-related works on-time and fully compliant.
Leading on the Homes England-funded recladding programme and the transition to deliver safety works under 11 metres youll play a key role in ensuring that the programmes are effective high-performing and delivering on resident safety. Thats what this roles all about; doing the right thing for our customers.
A strong leader with technical expertise youll be the lead point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders wholl look to you for advise guidance and expertise.
