ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Production Manager for our Evans European site in Auckland. The hands-on Production Manager to lead and support our repair operations.

This is your chance to play a foundational rolebuild and lead a high-performing team influence the sites culture and grow your career.

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring efficiency in workflow and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with our technicians insurers and customers driving team performance while ensuring a seamless repair process from start to finish.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach mentor and engage employees to drive a positive team culture.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to ensure service outcomes are achieved effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally with insurers customers and team members.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety standards ensuring all procedures are followed and maintained at the highest level.
  • A valid drivers licence and appropriate New Zealand working rights.
