Job Summary
What is Travelport
Travelportis the brains behind lots of your travel bookings. Plane car or hotel. You name it we do technology is used to book that magical family holiday infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we cant solve mosquito bites or lost luggage we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel and were looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
The Software Engineering Internship:
6-months 40* hours per week fixed-term contract starting February 2026.
At Travelport were passionate about building next-generation software using modern technologies. By joining us youll work hands-on with C# .NET Framework Blazor Entity Framework and SQL gaining real-world experience in designing and developing robust solutions in a full-stack environment.
As an intern you will contribute to the design development and support of our suite of z/TPF development products leveraging both Object-Oriented and Functional Programming principles. Youll also work Worker Services Web Services while learning DevOps and CI/CD workflows to deliver high-quality maintainable software.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the development team to design code and test software applications using C# Framework Entity Framework SQL and both Object-Oriented and Functional Programming principles Worker Services Web Services.
- Identify and resolve software defects and issues ensuring high-quality bug-free code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work on various software development life cycle stages from conception and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Test applications using Katalon Automation and update the test suites
- Contribute to the documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts within the team
Who we are looking for in this role:
- You have recently graduated or you are enrolled in the final year of a relevant degree program such as Computer Science Electronics Informatics or Software Engineering.
- You are familiar with C# Framework Entity Framework SQL and have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented and Functional Programming principles with a strong desire to continue expanding your skills including Worker Services Web Services.
- You have a good understanding of software development concepts algorithms and data structures.
- You have strong communication skills in Spanish and English; youre able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- You are available to work full-time 40 hours per week standard business hours.
- You are based in Guadalajara and available to come to the office 3 days per week.
The hiring process:
1st step: Your CV application (Closing date 21st November!)
2nd step: An online coding challenge & questionnaire to complete (we will send you the link to be completed by 22nd November).
3rd step: An invitation to attend our Showcase Assessment Day at our offices in Providencia Monday 8th December where you will have the opportunity to interview with our team and demonstrate your coding skills.
4th step: If successful you will receive an offer from us by middle December.
