What youll do
Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning team youll be responsible for creating and improving demand forecasts across various product types brands and channels. Youll collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth monthly forecasting process and contribute to the S&OP cycle.
Youll:
Prepare and maintain 18-month demand forecasts using statistical models and stakeholder input.
Gather and analyze market data sales plans promotions and trends to inform forecasting.
Facilitate monthly demand meetings and drive consensus with Sales & Marketing.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and propose improvements.
Collaborate with Customer Service and key customer planning teams.
Alert stakeholders to stock risks and support optimal inventory planning.
Participate in projects to improve forecast reliability and planning tools.
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who is analytical collaborative and ready to Own this role. Someone with a passion for data planning and continuous improvement.
Youll also need:
A university degree in Supply Chain Operations Economics or similar.
35 years of experience in demand planning or a comparable role.
Experience with S&OP/IBP ideally in the animal feed or FMCG industry.
Strong ERP and Excel skills (Infor M3 and DMP knowledge is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
