We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to help design implement andoptimizehybrid infrastructure solutions that support STARK Groups international business.
Your Impact What You Will Do
In this role you will work at the intersection of cloud and on-premises technologies ensuring reliability security and scalability as we continue our digital transformation.You will be part of ourInfrastructure & Digital Workplace team a group of 13 specialists with different areas of responsibility all based at our Viby office.Together we ensure that STARK Groups infrastructure and workplace services run smoothly across countries and business units. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in workplace services cybersecurity IAM and cloudas well as external partnersto translate business needs into technical solutions anddeliver secure and reliable infrastructure. You willsucceedin this role when you:
Drive the implementation and optimization ofAzure IaaS and hybrid infrastructure setups ensuring stability and scalability through proactive monitoring and automation withPowerShell.
Develop andmaintainDigital Workplace solutionsusingIntuneandMicrosoft 365 delivering secure and efficient device and application management.
Integrate and enhance identity platformssuch asEntra IDand Azure IAM applying Zero Trust principles to strengthen security.
Document architecture processes and configurationsso knowledge is clear accessible and supports efficient operations.
Ensure smooth IT integrations planning and executing transitions that minimize disruption and keep business operations running seamlessly.
This role is based in VibyJ with the flexibility to combine on-site and remote work in a hybrid setup.
What You Bring
This role requires the ability to designoperate and continuously improve secure scalable infrastructure in a hybrid environment. To succeed you need both technical depth and a proactive mindset we needsomeone who can combine hands-onexpertisewith a focus on reliability security and automation.Youlikely bring:
A solid educational background in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proven experience withAzure IaaSand hybrid infrastructure including automation usingPowerShell.
Strong knowledge ofDigital Workplace technologiessuch asIntuneMicrosoft 365 andExchange Online plus familiarity with Linux-based mail systems.
Comfort working withidentity and access platformslikeEntra IDand Azure IAM applying Zero Trust principles.
A good grasp of networking fundamentals and security concepts to ensure resilience and compliance.
Itsan advantage if you also have experience implementing IaaS solutions and supporting IT integrations duringM&A transitions.
