Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analysis of specialty chemicals using various techniques and instruments such as chromatography spectroscopy and wet chemical methods.

2. Perform quality control testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

3. Develop and validate analytical methods for the analysis of specialty chemicals.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during the analysis process.

5. Interpret and report analytical data accurately and precisely.

6. Collaborate with research and development teams to assist in the development and enhancement of specialty chemical products.

7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical techniques and equipment in order to improve overall laboratory efficiency and productivity.

8. Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments and equipment as necessary.

9. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in Analytical or equivalent stream

2. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques used in the analysis of specialty chemicals including chromatography spectroscopy and wet chemical methods.

3. Experience in method development and validation.

4. Proficient in using laboratory instruments and equipment for chemical analysis.

5. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Proficient in using computer software and data analysis tools.
