Overview:
The Assistant Director of Donor Relations supports donor engagement and stewardship through recognition programs reporting and events. Collaborating across teams this role ensures donor intent is honored and communicated. Responsibilities include coordinating impact reports managing giving societies maintaining recognition signage supporting employee giving and donor events and overseeing the Butterfly Wagon Program. Drafts donor communications and partners with marketing. Requires a bachelors degree 13 years of donor relations or fundraising experience excellent communication organization CRM and Microsoft Office skills. Occasional evenings weekends and travel required.
