Job Summary

Installed Base Process Leader

Purpose:

Drive improvements in regional installed base asset tracking processes and support the implementation of global standards. This role bridges operational teams and technology platforms to ensure consistent and effective asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Visibility Transformation:Lead the regional implementation of our global asset tracking framework ensuring comprehensive visibility into the location condition and performance of installed base assets. Process Mapping & Optimization:Document and improve regional workflows related to installed base tracking and data collection. Conduct regular audits of regional practices against the global standards to develop prioritized action plan for improvements. Change Training & Adoption:Lead change management efforts in coordination with regional leaders and teams on new tools and processes. Support the successful durable transition of teams and systems to new processes technologies or organizational structures. Ability to guide stakeholders through change anticipate resistance and foster widespread adoption. Compliance Monitoring:Coordinate with compliance or quality teams to ensure that any new processes meet relevant regulatory or company standards. Ensure regional adherence to global data governance and asset tracking policies. Serve as aglobal policy expert among regional teams to ensure that improvements are feasible adopted and sustained region wide. Project Leadership:Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution. Practical application of project management skills to effectively coordinate teams manage issues and risks to ensure smooth rollout of new tools or processes. Feedback Loop:Gather feedback from regional users and escalate improvement opportunities to program leaders.

Skills for Success:

Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) and practical experience applying them to perform process mapping root cause analysis and statistical analysis of process performance. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership. Ability to manage small projects or workstreams independently. Solution-oriented mindset. Creativity to design innovative process solutions and the logical rigor to evaluate their potential impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Operations or Engineering. 35 years of experience in business process improvement operations project management or asset management preferably in a cross-functional environment

PreferredQualifications

Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher) preferred. Experience with managing business process implementation in ERP or CRM systems preferred Experience in installed base management service operations or product lifecycle analytics. Experience with agile or hybrid project management environment

Grade 172 Installed Base Analyst

Purpose:
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-orientedBusiness Analystto support ourInstalled Baseprogram. This role will focus on analyzing data and business processes to improve tracking management and commercial performance of our installed base across regions. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and data teams to identify process gaps develop improvements and support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on data integrity process documentation and reporting to improve asset tracking and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:Aggregate and analyze installed base data from multiple sources. Maintain dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making. Analyze trends identify gaps and recommend actionable insights to improve installed base completeness and accuracy. Data Quality Assurance:In collaboration with the IT data governance team identify gaps or inconsistencies in asset data and work with regional teams to improve data accuracy and completeness in our CRM ERP and Service Execution systems. Tool Support & Enhancement:Assist in the configuration and enhancement of asset tracking tools and databases. Provide feedback to improve usability and functionality. Collaborate with IT teams to support the development and deployment of tools and templates to standardize and optimize installed base processes. Process Documentation:Develop and maintain operational and data collection processes documentation to ensure consistency across regions for installed base management. Collaboration:Work closely with regional operations IT and commercial teams to support data-driven initiatives.

Skills for Success:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed global environment. Basic understanding of asset lifecycle and building infrastructure systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Engineering or related field. 24 years of experience in data analysis business analysis or business intelligence.

Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred Experience in installed base management service operations or product lifecycle analytics. Familiarity with Six Sigma Lean or other process improvement methodologies. Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management environment
