About the Role:
Join the First Year College as a passionate and dedicated Teaching-Focused Academic (Early Childhood). This role provides an exciting opportunity to enhance the learning experiences of first-year students and to drive innovative student-centred teaching practices that support academic success and a smooth transition into university study.
TFAA3$85325 - TFAA6 $96810 pro rata per annum (17% super). This is a full time (1.0 FTE) continuing appointment commencing Jan/Feb 2026

We want to hear from you if you:
- have completed a Bachelor Degree in Education Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood and have evidence of current knowledge and substantial experience in the area of early childhood education
- are experienced in higher education teaching in the area of education particularly in early childhood
- are flexible and adaptable
- are passionate about teaching first year university students
- have a strong passion for teaching and a desire for continuous improvement and development in student learning
