Job Summary
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to move in-house Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner managing our Locum Dentist Desk in New Zealand while collaborating closely with our Australian Locum Recruiter to provide seamless support across both markets.
What Youll Do
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified locum dentists across NZ.
- Negotiate locum contracts and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Partner with the Australian recruiter to share insights resources and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and locum placements.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
