Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR functions with a primary focus on talent acquisition onboarding and employee support. The Jr. HR Generalist will play a key role in recruiting top talent ensuring a smooth onboarding experience maintaining employee records and assisting with HR initiatives that support company culture and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings resume screening interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage new hire onboarding including offer letters background checks new hire paperwork and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Assist with employee engagement activities training coordination and performance management support.
- Provide general HR support to employees regarding policies benefits and company procedures.
- Help ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects related to process improvement diversity initiatives and employee retention.
- Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation.
