**Role Overview:**

As ourProject Estimator you will:

UpholdHC Companysreputation by ensuring the highest standards of professionalism with clients subcontractors and associates.
Collaborate across departments to bring new insights and help driveHC Companysgrowth.
Apply your expert knowledge to coordinate project goals review plans and specifications and prepare accurate estimates.
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored project estimates.
Utilize Procore Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling Software to manage tasks efficiently.
Actively contribute to our safety culture by participating in the Safety Committee.

**Your Contribution:**

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Business or related field.
Over 2 years of experience in commercial project estimation.
A proactive team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and cost control measures.
