Student Worker - Resident Assistant/Moderator (2026 - 2027 Academic Year)

Purpose/Objective of the Role:

  • Community development and safety
  • Programming
  • Administrative tasks and residential life support

Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Develop positive relationships with students and build an inclusive and welcoming community.
  • Serve as a positive role model for all students.
  • Participate in the evening duty rotation for assigned hall/area from 7pm-7am.
  • Respond to emergencies that occur within the building/area.

Qualifications:

  • Live on campus for a minimum of one year.
  • Be available for employment for the entire academic year.
  • Show strong commitment toward helping students and acting as a role model.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 preferred GPA of 3.0.
  • Successfully pass background check.
  • Be in good standing with the Office of Community Standards and Conduct and good ac ademic standing.
